**Purpose of the role**:

Your responsibility is to ensure the level of service to the customer's is exceptional and responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- The ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Have a problem-solving mindset
- Provide an exceptional service experience in each and every call
- Work towards KPI's and maintain an updated database
**To be successful, you MUST have**:
- Experience in a call centre/customer service environment (hospitality, retail, etc)
- Passion to build a career in a corporate environment
- A friendly, confident and helpful manner and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
