About the Role
Location: Gosford Hospital
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and cost-effective use of medicines while managing day-to-day operations, staff performance, and service delivery. You’ll play a key part in shaping pharmacy services across CCLHD, working closely with the Pharmacy leadership team to set standards, drive innovation, and align with best practice and organisational goals.
You will lead a dedicated team, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensure clinical, operational, workforce, and financial targets are met. Your role also includes supporting staff development, promoting quality use of medicines, and contributing to education and research initiatives.
