Revenue Performance Manager (Multi-Property)

Basic Salary + Super + Discretionary Bonuses

We're expanding our team and have more exciting opportunities for talented Revenue Performance Managers to join us!

We're looking for a commercially minded and collaborative Revenue Performance Manager to join our expanding team. This is a key role within the corporate Revenue team, representing a portfolio of Quest Apartment Hotels.

Excitingly, this role has the flexibility to be based as hybrid from our beautiful Corporate Office in Collingwood, Victoria or remotely from anywhere in Australia.

You'll be responsible for a portfolio of Quest Apartment Hotels, partnering closely with our Business Owners to help them optimise revenue performance and drive sustainable business growth in their properties. This is a hands‐on role focused on data‐driven strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing performance monitoring. With multiple stakeholders, success in the role will require efficient time management, stakeholder management and the ability to execute and monitor various strategies across the portfolio.

Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing tailored revenue strategies for each property in your portfolio along with wider network support and initiatives.
* Partner with business owners and their teams to review performance, identify opportunities, and improve outcomes.
* Analyse market trends and data to inform pricing and distribution decisions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on brand‐wide revenue initiatives.
* Provide training and guidance to support local decision‐making and capability building.
* Foster a strong revenue culture within your portfolio and with the wider corporate office.
About you

The ideal candidate will have detailed experience in revenue management within the accommodation industry and experience in managing a multi‐property portfolio is essential. An understanding of franchising as a business model would be advantageous.

As you will be working with a large and diverse portfolio of properties, it is essential to be highly organised and have an efficient manner of working.

We are looking for an independent thinker, who can build diverse relationships and work with multiple stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes.

We are utilising RMS as its PMS, SiteMinder for channel management, combined with several other revenue and distribution systems, the ability to demonstrate competence in those systems would allow you to excel in the role quickly and would therefore be a distinct advantage.

This role can be either permanent and ongoing or you can elect to be placed on a 12‐month fixed term contract with the potential option of permanent and ongoing. Both options have a 6‐month probationary clause.
