About the team
The Cancer Imaging team provides high‑quality imaging services to support diagnosis and treatment for cancer patients. This team works closely with clinicians, technologists, and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate imaging services in a patient‑focused environment.
About the role
This role is responsible for delivering efficient and professional administrative support within the Cancer Imaging department. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent patient experience, and effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Managing reception and secretarial duties for Cancer Imaging
* Coordinating patient bookings and liaising with clinicians
* Maintaining accurate records and data integrity
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and staff
