* Utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support individuals into meaningful employment.
* Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities for individuals.
* Enhancing employability through referral to support services and training.
* Providing in-employment support to sustain employment.
* Marketing participants' skills to prospective employers.
* Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks.
* Keeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to all compliance requirements.
