The Role
Working closely with our Engineering Manager and Growth Product Manager, you'll be a Senior Full Stack Engineer owning end-to-end development of high-impact features in our Growth Team.
What you'll do:
* Own and ship full-stack features: We're looking for someone to fully own growth related features end-to-end; working closely with your EM and PM to build and launch full-stack features across both frontend and backend APIs
* Champion quality: author tests, monitor performance and create run-books so teams can trust every release.
* Collaborate cross-functionally: pair with product, design and AI teams to convert ideas into customer value in weeks, not quarters.
* Continuously improve: profile bottlenecks, tune cloud resources and refine developer tooling to keep the stack fast, safe and cost-effective.
What we will look for:
* You've started a project from scratch - maybe as a founder, project owner, or by building an impressive side product
* A love for making simplicity out of complexity with an obsession for shipping world-class products
* Deep experience with modern TypeScript on both client (React, or similar) and server, NestJS, Express, etc.).
* Solid backend fundamentals—REST/GraphQL design, domain-driven architecture, relational and NoSQL datastores.
* Cloud proficiency (GCP or AWS): containers, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability and security best practices.
* Strong testing and code-review discipline, with an eye for readable, approachable code.
* Clear communication & teamwork skills, especially when blocked
* Bonus points: familiarity with real-time streaming, event-driven systems, or integrating AI/LLM services.
