As an experienced Project Manager, you will lead a newly formed site team, setting the standards for culture and leadership. Your influence will shape the way the team works together, communicates, and delivers results.
This role offers autonomy to manage the program your way, with support from a Program Director based off-site. Your focus will span the full lifecycle of delivery, including planning, engineering, design, OH&S, environment, quality, and construction across various aspects such as pavement and concrete works.
You will motivate a site team of around 20, maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and the wider community, and ensure schedules and cost control are tight.
