An exciting chance for a Project Manager to support the needs of our growing business. Join our team as a Project Manager ! We’re seeking a skilled and organised professional to lead projects from start to finish. Based out of our office in Rivervale, Perth, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects while keeping teams on track and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Guiding and motivating the team throughout the project lifecycle
- Working with stakeholders to clearly define project goals and scope
- Create a detailed project plan, including a timeline, milestones, and assigned tasks to ensure the project stays on track
- Allocating and managing the necessary resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment
- Monitoring progress and performance, relaying information to key stakeholders
- Managing project risks and issues to ensure projects are completed to the highest safety standard
About You
We are looking for great people who enjoy their work, are interested in being part of a team and have a strong belief in safety first culture. To succeed in this role you will bring:
- Previous experience in a Project Management role within the Mining and Resource industry in projects with a value up to $25 Million
- Demonstrated experience administering construction contracts, including delay and change management
- Demonstrated experience working with and managing construction schedules in both MS Project and P6 formats
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractor and project procurement deliverables
- Demonstrated experience managing a direct workforce
- The ability to identify potential risks and create mitigation plans
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Currently resides in Perth, WA
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Financial acumen and budget maintenance experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willing to work FIFO / DIDO
