Employee Experience Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across the organisation.

Your primary responsibility will be to resolve HR-related queries and ensure that employees and leaders have a great interaction with HR.

* Investigate employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures, provide solutions and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve issues.
* Collaborate with warehouse site managers to support benefits, policies & procedures, advising and supporting employees during workplace-related concerns and allegations.
* Work closely with Workday (our HR management system) and Service Now.
* Guide and train employees and managers in new HR systems and service delivery model.
* Support the delivery of the HR Cycle with administrative tasks related to onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, exit, etc.
* Ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of various HR-related documents, including Employee Records, HR Policies & Procedures, Compliance Auditing, and Benefits & Compensation.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

* In-depth knowledge of UK labour laws and strong foundation of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance requirements.
* Experience in resolving employee relations issues.
* Great collaboration and communication skills.
* Fluency in written and verbal English.
* Experience in Workday or other HRIS would be an asset.
