**The Role**

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for growing your team's sales and profitability through your leadership and hands-on customer service example.
- Assist the SM in developing a high-performance team culture
- Train and develop the team and assist the SM in performance management
- Monitor wage spend to drive profitability
- Develop a customer-centric, sales, and KPI-focused team
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of Retail experience inc 3IC / ASM Management experience
- Ability to assist the SM to lead a team of 10-20 team members
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Able to lead staff in a changing workspace as the business is experiencing significant growth
- Hands-on leadership style with your team
- Ability to communicate with senior leadership
