Reporting into the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, step into the spotlight as Restaurant Manager at HYDE Perth. This is a hands‐on role where you'll be the driving force behind our restaurant operations - balancing the numbers with the vibes, leading a passionate team, and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.
Main Functions
* Lead, inspire, and motivate a high‐performing team that lives and breathes HYDE values.
* Lead daily operations across the restaurant and bars in collaboration with the Bar Manager to ensure smooth operations and delivery of the highest guest experience.
* Ensuring full and up to date compliance, from liquor licensing to health‐safety standards.
* Prepare and submit required reports on time, including POS reconciliation, payroll, inventory, revenue, team member schedules, and action plans.
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or supervisory level in a high‐energy restaurant. Hotel restaurant experience is a plus.
* Previous experience being part of a pre‐opening team in a restaurant is advantageous.
* Natural people leader with warmth, empathy, and confidence.
* Calm under pressure with strong problem‐solving skills and able to think on your feet.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to partner effectively across departments.
* A commitment to the highest standards of customer service balanced with genuine passion for hospitality.
