What this opportunity involves: We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Capital Markets team in Victoria. As part of our marketing & operations team, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and execution of end-to-end commercial sales campaigns.An overview of the role: Assist the Senior Marketing & Operations Manager in coordinating and delivering comprehensive campaign and marketing materials for all sales campaigns.Coordinate submissions and pitch documents, marketing schedules, agency agreements, campaign calendars, and campaign collateral.Manage the creation and maintenance of the team's opportunities in CapForce.Oversee the maintenance and utilization of the team's database within the business CRM and other platforms.Prepare post-sale items such as signage, online listings, EDMs, flyer mailouts, and client gifts.Collaborate with sales agents and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.Take on additional administrative tasks including printing and binding, booking meeting rooms, and preparing calendar invitations.Sound like you??
