About the role 
This is a full-time on-site position that involves the management of Retirement Village operations and meeting the needs of the village in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. 
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: 
Manage the phone line in a professional manner. 
Set up current resident profiles and maintain medical files. 
Direct residents to specific departments as necessary. 
Manage the payments and receipts process. 
Manage and monitor the alarm system. 
Attend to emergency situations, arrange for ambulance attendance, and complete necessary paperwork. 
Having excellent verbal communication and phone manner. 
Ability to communicate with an over 55 demographic. 
Proven experience working in a similar role. 
Be certified in First Aid Level 2 & CPR or willing to complete the courses. 
Must be well-groomed and present impeccably.
