We are a full‐service digital marketing agency that has been recognised as one of Australia's fastest‐growing and most exciting workplaces. We are looking for a sharp, switched‐on Web Project Manager to join our team and help manage our growing website portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Manage day‐to‐day details of the website project portfolio, including planning, scheduling, resources, task assignments, scope, budget and risk.
* Collaborate with Digital Strategists, CRO Specialists, Head of Web Development and Web Business Analyst to develop and review new website project proposals.
* Identify and drive improvements to project delivery processes.
* Participate in project kick‐offs with team members and stakeholders.
* Report schedule, budget and delivery details to stakeholders.
* Attend project meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution and feedback.
* Foster open communication within the team on project planning and execution.
* Maintain project‐management deliverables.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of producer/project‐management experience in a digital role.
* Understanding of front‐end and back‐end development.
* Track record of delivering end‐to‐end e‐commerce and lead‐generation website projects across the full lifecycle.
* Experience with conversion‐rate optimisation, UX/UI and WordPress.
* Experience with e‐commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento.
* Client‐facing experience or ability to excel in a client‐facing role.
* Knowledge of waterfall methodology and project‐management tools.
* Experience with issue‐management and collaborative tools (e.g., Basecamp, Trello).
* Positive attitude, good temperament in difficult situations and strong organisational skills.
* Excellent client communication and negotiation skills, able to manage varying personalities and translate complex functionality into simple deliverables.
* Ability to multitask and resolve problems with keen attention to detail.
