**About the Role**:
CDC NSW's HR team is growing and has this exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Manager within its People & Culture (P&C) team. This role reports to the General Manager P&C and is responsible for the delivery of end to end recruitment of all roles and depots of the NSW business. It includes management of the recruitment team who have the important responsibility to recruit bus drivers who provide a valuable service to the community. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we meet our contract & social obligations.
This full-time position will be based at Head Office with the option of flexible working and other employee benefits.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment of all roles in CDC NSW including the specific recruiting of leadership and administration roles.
- Supervision of the recruitment team and accurate documentation & execution of recruitment processes and onboarding.
- Management of recruitment partners and agencies including social recruitment obligations.
- Development of approach to careers expos & job fairs
- Management of employer brand and ensuring relevant systems continue to support what is needed.
- Participation and implementation of recruitment plan including stakeholder management.

**Qualification and accreditations**:
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Manager or Recruitment Consultant is necessary
- Experience in high volume recruitment will be highly regarded
- Advance level Microsoft Office skills
