Job Title: Social Worker Level 5
The position of Social Worker Level 5/Snr Psychologist will work closely with the District Manager to establish clear communication channels for service planning and performance monitoring. The role ensures resource allocation and workforce planning align with service needs. Reflective practice and clinical governance are embedded across the team, while compliance and quality improvement initiatives are monitored.
This position is part of the NSW Health initiative Keep Them Safe: A Shared Approach to Child Wellbeing, which emphasizes interagency collaboration and early intervention. The role promotes shared responsibility for child protection across services and enhances local capacity to support vulnerable families before crisis points.
Key Responsibilities:
