THE ROLE - Port Logistics Administrator Role Due to continued growth in the business, we are seeking a full-time Port Logistics Administrator to join our Sydney team, based at our Port of Brisbane office. Reporting to the Transport Manager. Play a crucial role in the smooth coordination of daily business operations Provide administrative support across day to day planning and booking activities Coordinate 1 Stop Rail bookings accurately and on time Liaise closely with operational staff to ensure customer requirements are met Support efficient communication between teams to keep operations running smoothly. Shift: 5 days, Monday to Friday TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL NEED Must be a reliable team player Have a strong work ethic as this position requires flexibility. Excellent communication skills and driven customer service to maintain and service vour customer base Current experience in container transport and istop is an advantage but not required.
