Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our Strategic People Partnership Team in Adelaide and Melbourne. The successful candidate will have Australian citizenship, a Defence security clearance, or be able to obtain one.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing trusted coaching and advice on performance and misconduct matters, business restructuring, and change initiatives.
* Navigating complex legislation, regulations, Awards and Industrial Agreements to guide decisions that balance business need with fair process.
Requirements
* Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience.
* Experience interpreting legislation, regulations, Awards and Industrial Agreements together with policy and procedures to provide high-quality and pragmatic HR advice.
* Excellent communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and proven ability in developing trusted business relationships at all levels to gain support and influence outcomes.
