We are a busy specialist medical practice looking for a professional, proactive and capable Practice Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the practice, managing the team and supporting the practitioners and their patients.
We are a group of specialist surgeons who provide the highest level of care for our patients in a supportive environment using best practice guidelines combined with world class training and the latest technology. We are very patient focused and we aim to provide a caring and supportive environment for our patients during their journey with us.
The duties and responsibilities include
Daily supervision and leadership of the team.
Lead our patient customer service experience
Training, managing and monitoring staff while maintaining a positive culture.
Ensuring processes and practices are maintained and up to date, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
Day to day organisation of key elements of the business
Communicating with key partners including; General Practitioners, Allied health, Industry, Private hospitals, anaesthetic groups, and surgical assistants.
Manage practice expenditure and income.
Develop relationship with referring practitioners
