Job Title: Business Operations Manager
Job Overview:
This role involves providing strategic support to senior management and staff in various aspects of business operations, including human resources, information management, technology, asset management, financial management, purchasing, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer timely, high-quality advice, support, and training on corporate systems, human resource management, establishment asset management, financial, and business systems.
* Support the management of the service area's human, physical, and financial resources, including assistance with budget forecasts, expenditure reconciliations, and asset management.
* Develop, implement, and maintain effective administrative systems, including record management systems.
* Provide guidance to staff members on administrative and operational matters, as well as confidential briefs, memos, submissions, and ministerial correspondence.
* Analyze and prepare reports, general correspondence, briefing notes, memoranda for approvals, and human resource papers on diverse issues to Departmental standards.
* Assist in delivering and coordinating other business management functions and projects as required.
Network with other departments to ensure effective integration, coordination, and liaison occur.
