We are currently seeking an energeticRegistered NurseorRNto join our friendly team on aFull Timebasis.Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
What you will be doing:
* Providing a high level of clinical care, assessments and support
* Leading and mentoring the team; driving improvements and best practice
* Engaging with residents, family members, doctors and health professionals
* Documentation and accurate record keeping
What we are looking for:
* Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration
* Experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within Aged Care
* A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
* Enthusiasm and passion for making a difference
* NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willing to obtain)
* Permanent availability for Sunday-Thursday: AM/PM/ND
