* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Finance
* Ensure every transaction is accurate and clear using tools like Salesforce and NetSuite

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A background in billing, accounts, or finance
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is highly regarded
* A strong attention to detail and comfort with Excel

Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role within a billing or finance team is highly valued.
