We are looking for a Service Support Specialist to join this team! This is a fantastic position where you can grow and develop your skills.
This is a prefect role for an individual who is customer/client focused. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service support to all aspects of the business form the day to day operations of the business including all service consultants, reception and to our clients ensuring all needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and productive manner.
Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Liaising with customers and service technicians to coordinate scheduling of services, both scheduled maintenance and corrective maintenance.
Taking all in-bound service calls, with the assistance of Receptionist and Operations Manager.
Prioritizing repairs to meet customer response times, keeping customers regularly up to date with expected completion date of each.
Handling all customer queries, other than those which require the assistance of a technical nature. Technical natured enquiries are to be forwarded to the Operations Manager.
Do you have:
Previous administration / Receptionist experience
Strong customer service background
Excellent understand of Microsoft Office including excel
Good communication skills both written and verbal
