Branch Manager Role
We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business expansion in the local area.

* Develop and implement strategic plans to gain market share for the localized area.
* Coach and develop competencies in your team, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Prioritize business performance through tracking key performance indicators, reporting, and creating strategic plans.
* Work closely with the Community Bank board to build and nurture community relationships.
* Lead by example, prioritize the customer experience, and step in wherever the branch needs you.

Requirements:
* People leadership with the ability to develop, coach, and manage staff performance.
* Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business.
* Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential).
* Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations.
* Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework.
* The ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance.
* A high-level understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
* Knowledge of retail branch operations.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in Marcoola, with a roster of 76 hours per fortnight.
