We are a well-established, independently owned dental practice in Maryborough, Victoria seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team.
Maryborough is a welcoming regional town with excellent liveability, located approximately:
* 2 hours from Melbourne
* 45 minutes from Bendigo
* 50 minutes from Ballarat
This role would suit a dentist who values quality dentistry, autonomy, and a calm, respectful workplace, in an enviroment without the pressures and KPIs of corporate dentistry.
About the Practice
* Long-standing, reputable private clinic with a loyal patient base and a 50 year history
* Strong demand, books are consistently full
* Significant new patient demand, we are booking three months in advance
* No corporate ownership, no sales targets
* Owner-dentist onsite and approachable, not hands-off or micromanaging
The Role
* 4 days per week (flexible for the right candidate)
* You will build your own patient base
* You will step into the role of a departing associate
* Clinical autonomy and professional respect
* Support available when wanted, independence when preferred
* Smooth handover and mentoring
