We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Advisor who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment to join Brandbank and play a key role in delivering impactful people initiatives across our Support Office teams. This is a true generalist role where you will partner closely with leaders and HR Business Partners to provide end to end support across the employee lifecycle including employee relations, performance and development, engagement, and compliance. You will support the delivery of the HR Strategy, drive key initiatives, and contribute to projects that enhance culture and drive employee engagement - all while being part of a cohesive, collaborative and genuinely fun HR team. THE ROLE: Partner with stakeholders and HR Business Partners to deliver HR initiatives and provide trusted HR advice Manage employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations and coaching leaders Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide advice on the end-to-end recruitment, including reporting and market insights Drive performance and development processes, including reviews, probation, and remuneration alignment Contribute to the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives Support the delivery of HR projects, organisational change, and transformation initiatives Ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements are effectively implemented and maintained Contribute to HR reporting, insights, and continuous improvement of systems and processes Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and overall employee experience On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 2-3 years' HR experience, including at least 1 year in an HR Advisor role. A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Human Resources or related discipline Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential, with retail experience preferred Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Awards, and Agreements Confident managing employee relations matters, including investigations and providing practical guidance to leaders Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse data and generate meaningful HR insights Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong can-do attitude Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with high attention to detail WHY JOIN THE BRANDBANK GROUP TEAM?
