- Salary – ASO2 - $58,709.00 to $63,154.00 + 12% Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
- Part Time (0.6 FTE) - Term Contract (Temporary for 12 months)

About the role

Provide administrative, reception, and records support across Child and Family Health Service offices. Reporting to the Administrative Manager, you will manage appointments, client enquiries, correspondence, and data systems to support staff and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key duties of the role

- Deliver front desk and phone customer service
- Manage appointments, referrals, and cancellations accurately
- Maintain client records, databases, and secure filing systems
- Process correspondence, office tasks, and support staff orientation
- Contribute to audits, quality improvement, and a positive team culture

Skills and Experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, clients, and external agencies
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and resolve workplace conflicts professionally
- Experience in frontline health service administration, including appointments and records
- Proficient in typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and collaborate in a team environment
