We are looking for a hybrid Partnership Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating market awareness of Q-bital and our offerings
- Working with the marketing team to develop required promotional, and training materials, working with customers to create clinical papers and case studies as needs arise
- Assisting with tender responses, clinical and technical contributions to proposals and providing input into developing marketing plans, advertising, and sales forecasts/reports
- Assisting in forecasting activities including maintaining pipeline
- Supporting the formulation of strategies to continuously strengthen relationships across the market and particularly in emerging opportunities
- Identifying and responding to key account technical and departmental decision makers needs and maintains customer contact records
- Tracking and communicating market trends to/from the field including competitor data and assist in developing effective countering tactics
- Maintaining up to date market and competitor knowledge related to Q-bital's portfolio and solutions
- Creating viable solution options that meet customer needs effectively.
- Representing Q-bital at relevant medical conferences/technical exhibitions
- Supporting tender and bid processes including needs qualification and customer education
- Supporting the management of delivery to customers based on knowledge of Q-bital's availability schedules ensuring contract fulfilment of the order meets customer expectations and enhances their satisfaction

**Required conditions**:
- Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently
- Established product experience in hospital equipment, surgical device or medical consumable product management or sales
- Previous practical clinical experience (e.g. nursing) in wards, operating room, interventional procedures or similar will be highly valued
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to build and maintain exceptional stakeholder relationships across all levels, including C-suite,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages.
- Excellent organisational skills including ability to manage one's own time and self-motivate
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in a number of the following:
- Product Management
- Demonstrated ability to understanding the Customer, (i.e. Customer Qualification)
- Requirements Analysis
- Project Management or delivery of complex solutions
- Competitive Analysis
- Ability to travel (estimate up to 60% travel)
- Valid motor vehicle license
