About the Role
We are building next-gen power electronics from the ground up. As an Electrical Engineer on our hardware team, you'll be responsible for designing, prototyping, and scaling PCBA-based power systems. You'll work end-to-end, from schematic design, simulation, to lab testing, and finally refining designs for production. This is a unique opportunity to make meaningful contributions in a high-growth engineering organization, especially if you've got prior product design experience and a hands‑on mindset.
What You'll Do
* Design power converter / inverter topologies, perform circuit simulation & verification
* Develop PCBA layouts, focusing on high-current, thermal, EMC-robust designs
* Select and optimize power components, including semiconductors and magnetics
* Build, debug, and validate prototypes in our lab
* Document design decisions, write test plans, and maintain specifications
* Define and lead test strategy, including compliance, reliability, and risk analysis
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams : software, systems, mechanical
* Take products from prototype to production, support scale‑up
What We're Looking For
* Solid power electronics background (SMPS, power modules, converters)
* PCBA design experience (schematic + layout) using tools like Altium or similar
* Strong lab testing skills (oscilloscopes, analyzers, debugging)
* Understanding of EMC / EMI, thermal, and safety design
* Experience bringing hardware products to production is a major plus
* Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills
