Job Description

As a Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and assistance to the Regional Facilities Manager. This includes facilitating the efficient day-to-day management and operation of properties and facilities across the state portfolio.
\
This is a full-time position based on a 38 hour work week, with a focus on delivering high standards of service to internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-level administrative support to the Facilities Manager and other team members.
\
* Deliver and assist in achieving high standards of service with internal and external parties.
\
* Liaise and manage vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers on behalf of Management.
\
* Assist with managing contracts across hard and soft facilities services for all facilities.
\
* Raise purchase orders, track, analyze, act, and report on financial information.
\
* Maintain, track, and update service records with accuracy regarding property assets, work requests, and projects.
\
* Assist with monthly PPM contractual schedule management, tracking, and reporting of maintenance activities across the portfolio.

* Proven work history based on key responsibilities of the role.

* A strong attention to detail.
\
* Demonstrated ability to work as a supportive team member.
\
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
\
* A high level of initiative, accuracy, and efficiency.
\
* Certificate in Business or similar qualification (desirable).
\
* Previous experience in a similar role (desirable).
