Lead substation project development manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned electrical or mechanical engineer to oversee the development of substation projects in our Power Delivery Department.


Main Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain relationships with local clients and stakeholders
* Mentor junior staff in substation project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge transfer
* Develop detailed designs for medium to extra high voltage utility substations, incorporating one-line diagrams and AC/DC schematics
* Ensure adherence to POWER quality procedures and optimize team resource allocation
* Effectively manage schedule, budget, and quality of assigned projects, driving successful outcomes

Required Qualifications: BSEE, BSME, or related degree from an accredited institution. Professional Engineering license (PE) or ability to obtain within one year. Experience in 15k V through 345k V physical and electrical substation design, IEEE/ANSI standards, and managing multiple project teams.
