Job Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner.
- Support Human Resources team with on-boarding and off-boarding employees.
- Support Finance Team with goods receipting process and employee expense reimbursements
- Assist with credit card reconciliations
- Book flights and accommodation
- Book operational training requirements
- Support site training mobilisation
- Update training compliance records
- Once a month travel to site is required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Support Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or team support role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using SAP
- Valid Australian Drivers License.
- Full Working Rights in Australia
