**The Person**:
Chefs & Cooks- Above award wages & sign on bonus
- Full time, part time and casual positions
- Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery and experience in bulk cooking
- Understanding of HACCP, allergen management and food safety
- Passion for quality, fantastic presentation, and detail focused
- Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
Food & Beverage Attendant / Kitchen Hand- Full time, part time and casual positions
- Hospitality experience - food handling experience a plus
- Knife handling, food safety and preparation skills are a plus
- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Can do attitude and drive to jump into any task required
Bar
- RSA or willingness to obtain one
- Bar experience beneficial
- Ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
