About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. This role suits a reliable operator with strong residential experience and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery safely and efficiently on residential projects
* Carry out daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
* Trenching, footing preparation, backfilling, and final trim
* Follow site plans, safety procedures, and instructions
* Work closely with other crew members
* Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Machine Operator
* Residential experience essential
* MR Truck Licence (required)
* Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised
