About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be joining a diverse and dedicated team committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Provide timely, friendly and professional customer service.

* Maintain the branch's presentation to be clean and welcoming.

* Support with banking, purchasing, account reconciliation and reporting.

* Manage and sort incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.

* Provide high-level administrative support as directed.

About you

To succeed in this role, you can:

* Demonstrate previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.

* Interpret legislation and understand the local Real Estate industry.
">
* Show proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
">
* Effectively communicate with various demographics, written and verbally.
">
* Collaboratively work in an energetic team environment.
