About your new Role!
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to step into a highly analytical, commercially impactful role with APAC-wide scope. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll work alongside multiple Finance Business Partners and will be the one who brings it all together. Your mandate is to take large volumes of operational and commercial data, analyse it, interpret it, and convert it into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
This role exists because the CFO needs more than just data, he needs meaningful stories, informed recommendations, and an ability to provide insights that influence business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Business partnering across sales, operations, logistics and commercial teams
* Analysing large datasets and distilling insights to support decision-making
* Leading and coordinating the full planning process across APAC
* Assessing the quality and reliability of sales forecasts and market assumptions
* Supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) with commercial insight
* CAPEX analysis, evaluation and recommendations
* Identifying performance improvement opportunities and providing strategic suggestions
* Storytelling: presenting insights in a compelling, logical, and impactful way
About You!
* 2-5 years experience in a commercial role such as Finance Business Partner or Commercial Analyst
* Extremely strong analytical capability with experience working across large, complex datasets
* Proven ability to convert numbers into commercial stories, insights and recommendations
* Experience in logistics, sales, commercial finance or product-based environments is desirable
* Strong understanding of planning cycles, forecasting and long-term modelling
* Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide others through the planning process
* Curious, commercially minded and proactive; constantly questioning how performance can be improved
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
