Join our collaborative People & Culture Unit on a part time basis (up to 0.9 FTE) as a Recruitment Coordinator, reporting to the Senior P&C Advisor.
You'll own the end-to-end coordination of recruitment and selection activities across the organisation by keeping processes moving, supporting hiring managers, and delivering a professional, people-centred candidate experience.
You'll ensure recruitment is delivered efficiently and consistently, in line with internal policies and best practice. You'll also provide operational support across People & Culture administration and contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives, helping us build an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

What You'll Do
Keep Recruitment Moving
* Coordinate end to end recruitment from vacancy approval through to offer and commencement, keeping stakeholders informed on progress and timelines.
* Draft, post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms.
* Support shortlisting processes, including phone screening, in collaboration with hiring managers.
* Schedule and organise interviews, assessments and selection panels.
* Coordinate reference and pre‐employment checks as required.
* Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation in collaboration with People & Culture and Payroll.
* Own the HRIS data and recruitment records, by maintaining them and keeping them up to date.
Deliver Standout Experiences
* Be the go-to person for hiring managers and candidates on all recruitment related queries, by providing guidance on processes and timelines.
* Be a responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring a warm, clear and professional experience.
* Partner with external recruitment agencies as required.
Enable Great Onboarding
* Coordinate onboarding activities for new starters in collaboration with People & Culture and relevant teams.
* Support induction and orientation processes from a coordination perspective.
Make Processes Better
* Ensure recruitment activities comply with organisational policies and relevant employment legislation.
* Support the review and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates and tools.
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment (or high-volume recruitment administration) processes.
* A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in a recruitment coordination or administration role.
* Experience in an office, education, health, or not-for-profit environment (desirable).
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and a strong standard of document accuracy.
* Ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers and candidates, with a customer-service mindset.
* An enjoyment for juggling moving parts, take pride in getting the details right, and genuinely care about creating a great candidate experience.
* A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach, even when managing competing priorities.
* Sound understanding of equitable and inclusive recruitment practices, and commitment to confidentiality.
* Proficiency in HR/recruitment systems and Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook).
