This role is offered on a full-time basis.Your Key ResponsibilitiesBe involved in all stages of the transaction process from deal origination through to completion, including preparation of marketing materials, buyer research, valuation analysis, and due diligence preparation and coordination.Prepare industry research and market mapping to assist in identifying potential new clients or targets for private equity and corporate buyers.Assist in building financial data books and analysing financial models.Contribute to engagement planning and project management ensure that deliverables meet the project timetable.Build strong client relationships and engage with transaction stakeholders and advisers.What We Look ForTo be considered for this role you must have:Two to five years’ full time work experience, preferably in a professional services environment, including one to two years prior transaction experience (due diligence or M&A).Bachelor level academic qualification(s) in accounting, commerce, finance or law.Strong numeracy and written and verbal communication skills.A positive attitude, curiosity to learn and desire to contribute to a highly motivated team.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.What We Offer YouAt EY, we’ll fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
