Job Description:
* Key Responsibilities:
o Process and record all financial transactions for business entities accurately and efficiently.
o Match invoices to purchase orders, investigate discrepancies, and input data into our system.
o Provide assistance with Month End & Year End financial reporting tasks, including general ledger reconciliations, schedule preparation, and journal posting.
o Manage creditor account inquiries professionally and maintain accurate files and archived documents in accordance with company policies and accounting practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience:
o End-to-End high-volume Accounts Payable role.
o Databuild software skills.
