Commercial Property Management Assistant

Location: Inner West

Position: Monday to Friday

Salary: up to $90k package (Inclusive of super)

A well-established commercial real estate agency operating with expertise in commercial, industrial, retail, and residential property services. Their services include property management, sales, leasing, project marketing, valuation, and asset management, supporting a broad range of investors and property owners. They manage a diverse portfolio of office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and investment assets across NSW, reflecting strong market presence and extensive industry experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Property Management Assistant to support the property management team. This is a non-client facing role focused on providing administrative and operational support across a commercial property portfolio.

You will play a key role in managing rental renewals, processing lease increases, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with commercial property regulations and tenancy obligations.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage rental renewals and lease variations
* Process and implement lease increases
* Ensure properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and tenancy requirements
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases using property management systems (Cirrus 8)
* Provide administrative support to the property management team
* Liaise internally with accounting, facilities, and legal teams
* Assist with process improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in commercial or residential real estate
* Current Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Experience using property management software such as Cirrus 8, Re-Leased, or RP Office
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work autonomously
