About the Role
Our organisation is looking for a skilled professional to perform onsite coordination of plasterboard installation processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and quality installation via a sub-contractor trade base as per contracted procedures, specifications, and timelines.
* Evaluate and mitigate potential risks on site to ensure a safe working environment for all stakeholders in accordance with our safety management system.
* Source, induct, and train new subcontract labour in accordance with safety management and quality systems to maintain high standards.
* Foster strong relationships with existing contractors to ensure compliance with subcontract agreements and achieve project objectives.
Job Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field such as construction management or engineering
* Proven experience in construction coordination or a related field
* Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
