The largest Australian owned company in their field is seeking a Payroll Assistant/Accounts Allrounder to assist the team in their Penrith office which houses over 40 people. You will play a crucial role in assisting the accounts team with payroll, timesheet approvals, month-end balance, invoicing and AP functions.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the payroll
Petty cash
Reconciliations
Assist with obtaining the timesheet approvals
Ensure the jobs are correct/cross checking
Accounts Payable
Invoicing & basic AR - collecting
Reports
Month end
General ad hoc duties
Qualifications and Experiences:
Proven experience as an accounts/ payroll assistant
Solid organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Excel and other Microsoft products
