This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday) that contributes to the financial efficiency and operational success of the company. As a key member of the finance team, you will ensure a smooth workflow in property management accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Administration: Processing invoices and payments, allocating unprocessed funds, managing daily receipting, and handling overpayments and refunds.
* Lease Management: Entering new leases and management details into the system, and processing lease renewals and termination accounts.
* Client & Team Support: Managing landlord
