Seeking an experienced HR professional to fill a key role in our team. As a People and Culture Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations and industrial relations matters.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a People and Culture advisor or equivalent, with strong ER/IR experience, relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
