**You**:
Reporting to the General Manager, utilise and challenge your Human Resources knowledge in a standalone generalist role supporting all functions in the organisation.
- Day to day responsibilities will include: _
- End to end recruitment including advertising, management of compliance & induction
- Deliver operational people support, advice and guidance to executives and management
- Maintain employee records and confidential files, ensuring all HR documentation is up to date
- Handle injury management process, workers compensation and return to work coordination
- Support business areas with day-to-day performance management, grievances, and investigations
**About you**:
- Exposure to a SME organisation would be highly desirable
- Ability to interpret HR policies, procedures and other employment information
- Demonstrated hands on, practical approach to resolving issues
- Degree qualified in Business and/or Human Resources and previous experience working with a manufacturing client group will be highly regarded
