Our client is a modern accounting firm located in Camberwell who are looking for a motivated and professional to join their Financial Advice team
**Your typical duties will include**:
- Assisting with implementation of advice relating to superannuation, investments and insurance
- Organisation of client meeting bookings
- Assisting with meeting preparation
- Providing admin support to advisers and other staff
- Liaising with and workflow co-ordination of external providers
- Ensuring advice process and documents meet and conform to Licensee Standards
- Completion of new business documentation for the implementation of financial advice
**About You**:
- Previous experience working within a Financial planning firm
- Experience with Xplan software is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Positive, friendly nature with a can-do attitude
