Reporting to the Site Manager, the Maintenance Manager will assist in overseeing production activities, ensuring safety standards are met, and supporting a team to achieve operational goals.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and hands-on to support daily operations and team coordination.
What you'll do
Support health, safety, and environmental (OHS&E) compliance for employees and visitors.
Help monitor daily and monthly KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in implementing cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
Provide day-to-day guidance to team members and help coordinate tasks.
Contribute to training and development efforts for the team.
Ensure work is completed in line with site regulations and standards.
What you'll bring
Experience in a process manufacturing or industrial environment.
Trade qualification or direct experience as a Fitter/Turner or welding.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
A collaborative mindset and interest in developing leadership capabilities.
Experience supporting or supervising a team.
This plant operates on a 24/7-day basis, and you will need to be flexible to work additional hours as required, including being on our call-out roster.
