The Role
Work across a variety of matters including:
* Residential, commercial & rural property transactions
* Retail, commercial & rural leasing
* Small business sales & purchases
* Contracts
* Estate Planning and probate
* Drafting & legal research
About You
* Minimum 1.5 years PAE
* Strong skills in property, business law, contracts
* Proficient in PEXA and InfoTrack
* Excellent communication, drafting and client-management skills
* Desire to serve our clients and grow a client base
* A high level of organisational & problem-solving skills
* An eye for detail
* Interest in future Specialist Accreditation or postgraduate study
