We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Trainer & Assessor for the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) course. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to our students.
You will play a critical role in shaping the future workforce in the disability support sector, ensuring our students gain the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to excel in their roles.
The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience in the disability support sector, proven experience in the delivery and assessment of vocational education and training, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Your Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in line with the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) curriculum.
* Assess students' competencies through a variety of methods, including practical demonstrations, written assessments, and workplace observations.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to students to facilitate their learning and development.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and assessment documentation.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
Requirements
* Must hold a TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
* Relevant qualification in disability support or a related field with the minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support.
