AGA is The Alternative’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Delivery Partner and are responsible for the assessment, selection and recruitment of graduates into the program. AGA, is a community-based, not-for-profit company with over 40 years’ experience growing the skilled workforce of tomorrow. AGA specialises in recruitment, mentoring, retention, performance support, training management, and employee wellbeing.

Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling, vendor management, venue bookings, and attendee communications.
- Assist in the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop event promotional materials.
- Assist with creating and curating content for social media platforms, newsletters, blogs, and the company website.
- Draft and edit press releases, internal memos, and communications to stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent and explicit messaging across all communication channels.
